Grounds for Hounds
In honor of National Dog Week I’ve got to give a shoutout to Grounds & Hounds. I’m already a sucker for dogs but pair cute pugs with fresh roasted coffee and you’ve got my attention. Grounds for Hounds sells fair trade and organic roasts and donates 20% to dogs in need.
Sevenly is a Social Enterprise staple but this week they came across my newsfeed and reminded me just how awesome they are. They’ve been doing great work for years and their transparency is what really inspires us. If you don’t know Sevenly you should check them out. Great collection of men’s women's and lifestyle goods.
Coalition For Justice From Ethics
The weather is starting to cool down (just a little bit here in LA) and it’s making me want to add a few sweaters to the collection. The Coalition for Justice is very much on my fall sweater list and their shop is worth a visit for a range of lifestyle and clothing items.
AmyAnn's Watch List
Today I received my first BonJOY Box, a quarterly subscription box that features fashion, beauty and lifestyle products from social enterprises who support employment and restoration for women who are survivors of human trafficking or exploitation. The box was AMAZING, full of surprises and included products from some of my favorite social enterprises like Raven + Lily, Purpose Jewelry and Elegantees. Such a great way to get introduced to new SocEnt brands!
Malia Designs is a Fair Trade handbag and accessory brand based in Chicago. All of their products are handmade by disadvantaged women in Cambodia, providing economic opportunities and empowerment. The brand also helps to fight human trafficking in Cambodia by donating to organizations working in this arena.
