Meet Eco Chic Designer Sophie Heussner  

German fashion designer, Sophia Heussner, was working in Hong Kong when she entered a competition to win the The EcoChic Design Award. The competition challenged her to create a mainstream clothing line with minimal textile waste. Making it to the final round, Sophia had the inspiration she needed to realize her dream to create a sustainable fashion label. After working in high premium houses, like Renè Lezard she decided to move to London to launch ï Miss Sophïe, a sustainable high fashion line.

ï Miss Sophïe is proving that sustainable fashion doesn’t mean sacrificing cutting-edge style. The limited collections are full of thoughtfully created pieces designed in ï Miss Sophïe’s studio in Chelsea, London and created with chic organic cotton.

The Future of ï Miss Sophïe

ï Miss Sophïe is launching an online e-commerce site this month and will enter stores in UK this year. Next year ï Miss Sophïe will expand to Germany and other countries. And in three years, ï Miss Sophïe plans to add a children’s line to the main collection.
